The United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is an agency of the United States Department of Labor. It was created by Congress under the Occupational Safety and Health Act, signed by President Richard M. Nixon, on December 29, 1970. Its mission is to prevent work-related injuries, illnesses, and deaths by issuing and enforcing rules (called standards) for workplace safety and health. As of March 2006, the agency is headed by Assistant Secretary of Labor Edwin Foulke.
OSHA recommends Outreach Training Program courses as an orientation to occupational safety and health for all people who are working in construction & Industrial fields covered by OSHA 29 CFR 1926 & 1910. Workers must receive additional training, when required by OSHA standards, on the specific hazards of the job.
OSHA 10 Hour-Construction
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The Certificate is designed for people who have an involvement in construction work & need to provide advice on health, safety & welfare in construction work. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive an OSHA construction safety and health 10-hour course completion card from OSHA – USA.

This 5-Days course will introduce students to OSHA polices, procedures, Construction safety, and Health principles. The scope and application of OSHA construction standards will also be addressed. Using OSHA standards as a guide, emphasis will be placed on those areas that are most hazardous.OSHA 30-hour construction cards from US labor dept. and Certificates will be issued upon completion of the class

Course Description:
The aim of this senior first aid course is to develop a student's competence and confidence in providing emergency first aid. This includes calling for help, the ability to respond to first aid situations, casualty assessment, decision-making, and basic life support functions including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). This course covers adult and child conditions.
